Bollard cover colors

Twelve colors: Red, Yellow, Lime Green, Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Gray, Light Gray, Forest Green, Brown, Urban Bronze and Orange. Pick the color and size in the selector above.

• Yellow bollard covers are the common choice for caution marking: OSHA 1910.144 names yellow as the color for marking physical hazards.
• Red, Orange, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Forest Green and Lime Green for high-visibility or brand color schemes.
• Black, Gray, Light Gray, Brown and Urban Bronze for a neutral finish.

Bollard cover sizes

For most sizes, the cover size is not the pipe's measured diameter. Measure the outside of the pipe (OD), or the distance around it, and read the cover size from the table. A standard 6" pipe measures about 6-5/8" outside and takes the 6 cover. Variant codes read size, height and the suffix S: 4-52-S is the 4 cover at 52" tall.

How do I find the right cover size?
Wrap a tape measure around the post and divide the circumference by 3.14. A 21" circumference is a 6.7" pipe, which takes the 6 cover. Or measure straight across the outside of the pipe and use the table above.

Why is the cover size smaller than my pipe measurement?
For most sizes, the cover size follows the steel pipe's name, which is smaller than the pipe's measured outside diameter. A 4" nominal pipe measures 4-1/2" outside and takes the 4 cover; the table above gives every pairing.

My bollard is filled with concrete and has a domed top. What height do I order?
Measure from the base of the pipe to the top of the dome and order that height, or ask for a custom cut.

How are the covers installed?
Slide the cover over the post. Securing tape strips are included.

Will they need painting?
The 1/4" exterior-grade HDPE is built for outdoor exposure without rusting, cracking, chipping or fading, so the finish helps reduce repainting.
