Ideal Shield's Heavy Duty Guardrail is the strongest rail in the line, built for forklift aisles, loading docks and manufacturing floors where the Standard Guardrail is not enough. 4" schedule 80 and 6" schedule 40 U.S. steel pipe absorb repeated collisions; the HDPE plastic sleeve hides scuffs and never needs paint.
Rails ship fully assembled in one-line or two-line configurations. Choose core-in posts or a surface-mounted base plate to suit the slab. No field welding, no bolting the rail together, so the aisle is back in service the same day.
